This stylish, detached holiday cottage is just 1.5 hours from London, within the award winning White Sand development and just a stone’s throw from epic Camber Sands beach. On the other side is internationally significant grassland, and a bit further afield—about five miles—is the historic medieval town of Rye, ripe for exploring.

Dining & Lounging
Casual yet luxurious, the living area delights with pops of colour and plenty of tech to keep you entertained. Pick a film from the extensive library to watch on the smart HDTV including Blu-ray player. Open the doors to the garden to invite a breeze, or light the electric fireplace on chilly evenings in.
Stylish and functional, the kitchen is fully equipped with a full suite of appliances as well as a washing machine and microwave/grill combo. A breakfast bar sets the scene for morning tea, and a dining area offers a spot for lingering over a bottle of wine.

Brimming with natural light, two first-floor bedrooms beckon you to unpack and make yourself at home. Play tunes on the iPod dock and get snug in the first bedroom with double bed, and let kids or close friends share the second guest bedroom with two twins and a 40″ TV.
For shorter stays, two more guests can claim the full-size sleeper sofa, making Tauranga an economical option for quick getaways. A pristine family bathroom features a shower/tub combination with removable shower head.
