This is an ideal place to take a break from the norm and relax on a beach holiday. This pleasant, semi-detached holiday cottage is situated on the perimeter of the award winning White Sand development a mere pebbles throw from the beach, in fact, when you are sitting in the garden you are likely to still be able to hear the waves at high tide.
Just five miles away by car (3 by foot) is the historic medieval town of Rye, ripe for exploring. Or hop on a train in Rye and be in London within 90 minutes.

Dining & Lounging
A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar for 2 enables you to whisk up your favourite meals in the comfort of your home-from-home, or enjoy a delicious coffee from the Nespresso machine whilst hearing the seagulls, you know you’re on your beach holiday when you hear that sound.
In the sitting room, a dining table for 4 makes for enjoyable family dining or enjoy dining alfresco – perhaps a BBQ – in the designed garden just a french door from the lounge, making great use of that indoor/outdoor living experience.
Cosy sofas ensure that you’ll be able to relax and enjoy the TV whilst away or keep the kids entertained whilst you enjoy that coffee!
Bed & Bath
A king size bed and a view of the dunes makes the master bedroom at Dunes Walk Cottage a pleasure, with plenty of wardrobe space for all of your holiday essential.
The twin beds in the second bedroom make it perfect for children. The house also has essential baby equipment on hand – high chair, travel cot and stair gate for younger family members – that will save space in the car for another bucket and spade!
A main bathroom with bath and shower, Wc and basin completes the upstairs of the house and a separate downstairs WC for convenience completes the tour of Dunes Walk Cottage.
A walled plant bed and decked paths make this pebble garden perfectly ‘beachy’ for relaxing with a good book and a glass of something delicious, enjoy outside dining or simply drying off in the sun from the saltwater and sand after a trip to the beach.

Holidays with young children and toddlers means lots of bulky luggage, high chair, travel cot etc, so to ease the load Dunes Walk Cottage has been specially equipped with baby friendly features such as a high chair, stair gate, & travel cot.

From the simple pleasure of fresh fish and chips to local produce menus that the many character-filled taverns and restaurants serve. Being close to the sea and surrounded by farmland it’s little surprise that the food served in some of these fabulous buildings comes from only a few miles away. The famous Romney Marsh Lamb, Rye bay Scallops and Dover sole all feature on the menus as well as traditional English pub dishes using locally sourced ingredients such as Rye Bay fish, fruit, veg and meat from the local farms along with our award winning sparkling wines to give you a taste sensation.
