With four bedrooms, everyone will have their own space for restful rejuvenation after days of sunbathing and sightseeing.

Watch the wind breeze through the marsh grass from the comfort of your cosy lounge. This laid-back living space features group sofa and intimate window seating and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Romney Marsh—plus a flat-screen TV if you can manage to tear your sight away from the natural views.
Modern and well-equipped, the kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and all the tools and dishes you’ll need for seafood feasts at home. Serve up sit-down meals in a sunny dining area featuring cheerful retro decor.
Bed & Bath
From sunshine hues to artful pendant lighting to windows that frame scenic marsh vistas, each of the bedrooms has its own delight in store. Comfortably sleep ten across four bedrooms, each of which sleep two, plus a sleeper sofa in the living area.
Each of the two floors has a couple’s bedroom and a twin bedroom, ideal for family or close friend getaways. The upstairs, king-size master has its own flat-screen and en-suite with walk-in shower, and an additional upstairs bedroom has two twins and a TV. You’ll also find a family bath with shower/tub combo on this level.
Downstairs, two can sleep soundly in a bedroom with double bed, and little ones can claim another bedroom with two twins. You’ll also find a powder room on this floor for your convenience.

Being close to the sea and surrounded by farmland it’s little surprise that the food served in some of these fabulous buildings comes from only a few miles away. The famous Romney Marsh Lamb, Rye bay Scallops and Dover sole all feature on the menus as well as traditional English pub dishes using locally sourced ingredients such as Rye Bay fish, fruit, veg and meat from the local farms along with our award winning sparkling wines to give you a taste sensation.
