A traditionally designed three bedroom holiday cottage, Pebble Cottage offers everything you need for a family holiday, equipped for your enjoyment, relaxation and comfort in mind. The ground floor features generous well equipped living room with the cosiest sofa’s for relaxing on after a day out exploring the many attraction on your doorstep which converts into a sofa bed that can sleep one person. Sit back and turn on the 47” smart HD TV and watch one of the many DVD’s, down load a movie on Netflix or enjoy some gaming with the rest of the family on the Playstation 3 games console.
Down the hallway you will find the large open-plan kitchen, dining and garden room, perfect combination for entertaining. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and kettle and is well equipped with all the crockery and utensils that you might need to prepare meals together in this beautifully appointed kitchen.
When the sun is out make the most of it in the fully enclosed garden where you can enjoy alfresco dining and nothing beats finishing a day at the beach with a BBQ with locally sourced meats and fish, washed down with a glass or two of wine from one of the surrounding vineyards.
The first floor comprises a good sized master bedroom with en-suite shower room with basin and WC. There is also a fitted wardrobe so there is no need to live out of a suitcase!
The second bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables with lights and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom three has bunk beds and a chest of drawers.
Pebble Cottage is just a few minutes walk from Camber Sands and 2 minutes from the award winning restaurant The Gallivant. You can easily take advantage of the nearby beaches and hiking trails, or make a visit to the many castles or historic sites here in 1066 Country. There are also plenty of casual and fine-dining restaurants nearby, plus a supermarket down the road if you choose to cook.
