“The Perfect Family Home, for a Holiday” May 2016
We picked Little Dippers as it sounded like the perfect place for our Family Holiday, we had six Adults and two children,( both under two). The week before we started our holiday the arrival details came and we where ready to go, we arrived at the property and everything was perfect, a welcome card was on the table, with a cake, biscuits also a bottle of drink, also another bottle in the fridge, The house was well equipped not just for the adults but also our two young grandchildren,Toys to play with and stair gates to keep them safe. The lounge being on the second floor has some good views over the marshes. All rooms are well decorated with some touches that made you feel you was in a home and not a house. Richard and Sophie do a great job keeping the property up to such a good standard, the outside furniture is a bonus if the weather is fine.
“Absolutely amazing house!! Perfect in every way!” May 2016
We had the most amazing stay in Little Dippers! Richard was so flexible and we were able to get into the property a little earlier and check out a little later than expected! Which of course gave us more time to enjoy to beautiful house and scenery in the warm sunshine! Getting into the house was so easy and we were a 5min walk from the camber sands dunes which were delightful!! All 10 ladies had the most wonderful time!! Comfy beds, immaculate house and our favourite bits were the outside decking area and of course the pink door!!! Only just got home and I’m already trying to think when and why I should go back!! We only stayed one weekend but all the girls wished we could have been there a week!! 10/10!! Fantastic weekend away!! Big Thanks to Richard and Sophie!!.
“Fantastic break” May 2016
We stayed at Little Dippers in May 2016 for a weekend and had a wonderful time. The cottage is beautiful, with well-decorated and furnished rooms with everything you would need. We enjoyed using the outside space and waking up to look across the marshes. We were able to have our breakfast outside on Sunday before leaving, which was brilliant. The cottage is conveniently located for Camber Sands beach and about ten minutes drive away from Rye for all conveniences. The hosts are friendly and considerate, and have thought of everything when creating a holiday rental. We had a fantastic weekend away and many of our group (9 teachers from London) are considering booking again soon.
“Delightful Dippers” May 2016
Our family, six adults, three children and dog, chose to celebrate a special birthday at Little Dippers, Whitesand Development, Camber, for the Spring bank holiday. Little Dippers was a beautiful house located on the edge of the marshes with a river running along the side. We spent many hours spotting the fauna beyond the terrace, pheasants, rabbits, foxes, herons, blue tits and of course, young lambs and their mothers. A big thank you to Richard and Sophie, Beside the Sea holidays, for making our stay extra special. We have used their services in the past and have always been delighted with the personal touches, but when they found out this visit was special, they gave us the full royal treatment!
“Fantastic weekend” May 2016
Fantastic weekend with the family at Little Dippers – the house was perfect, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Amazing location at the edge of the estate overlooking the marshland beyond. Richard and Sophie looked after us wonderfully, even gifting a bottle of bubbly for my mum’s birthday! Khanz for Indian take away Friday and Simply Italian for lunch on Monday before heading home – lovely! Xx!
“Amazing!!!” April 2016
Went for two nights for a hen do, 10 of us, all girls! This house is beautiful, has everything you need, the space is great & all the rooms are so well furnished and clean. You are 5 minutes ( if that) away from the beach! The sun came out for one of our days, and seeing the view from the lounge was incredible. Definitely recommend & would come back!! Stunning!
“A great place to rest!” Mar 2016
We left family: 2 couples and 3 children. The house is spacious, very clean and very well equipped. The view over the fields from the lounge is relaxing, a real pleasure. The beach 5 minutes walk is beautiful. All amenities are in Rye, at only 10 minutes by car. We really enjoyed the house and stay. A big thank you to Richard for his help and kindness and for welcoming cakes.
“Totally exceeded our expectations” Feb 2016
Little Dippers stood out from the online photos and detailed description, from my initial enquiry Richard was friendly and quick to respond. We booked the house to enable my whole family to celebrate my Dads 60th birthday with 7 adults, 3 children and a dog. Up to arrival, and on the day of arrival contact from Richard was excellent. When we arrived at the house we were blown away by the modern, comfortable homely decoration throughout. The house was presented very well and had absolutely everything you could possibly need, and more. It was literally a home from home and equipped to the highest standard, small touches like hairdryer so, kids cutlery, dog ball thrower, towels etc with enough space for all of us including bathroom/toilets. Comfortable beds and good quality showers also help when staying away from home. Great location and wonderful views in a quiet area, ample parking for our four cars and only a short walk to the beach and local shops. The house manual told us everything we needed to know and a warm welcome from Richard and Sophie was a nice touch. We had a special weekend together but the house made it even more so we wish we could have stayed longer. We can’t speak more highly of the house and cant wait to return!
