With off road parking available for up to two cars for guests at Echo Beach you’ll enjoy a stress-free arrival. And upon entering Echo Beach you’ll feel instantly that every effort has been made to provide you with a real home away from home.
This self-catering cottage is set over 3 storeys and has been recently refurbished with a modern yet cosy feel with little nods to its coastal surroundings.
The spacious contemporary layout has been specifically designed to cater for large or small social family gatherings — with or without canine companions — with its open plan kitchen/diner (where you can linger over lunch or dinner), the dining area has a large table which can comfortably seat up to 8 people and this space which opens up into a lovely garden room and sitting area which doubles up as a comfortable, double sofa-bed bedroom with drawers unit, hanging space and as with the rest of the bedrooms blackout blinds (with child safe cord) for when your are a larger group of 7 or 8.
The garden room leads out to a large paved garden area ideal for allowing the outside in and which really acts as another room for Echo beach making it great for using the outside space for alfresco dining at the picnic table, and with a charcoal Weber BBQ and loungers at the house for your use we can guarantee you’ll love this garden and garden room space when during your holiday. especially since there is a wine cooler to keep all your drinks nice and chilled!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.
Upstairs to the first floor there is a spacious yet cosy living room with two sofas and two comfortable armchairs, coffee table, smart TV and Sky ensuring you can enjoy nice cosy nights in. This lovely room also boasts a beautiful feature in french doors out to a balcony with seating, overlooking the pond. This room with outside area is the perfect place for you to relax and unwind with a glass of your favourite tipple after a day out exploring the local area or enjoying the stunning beach.
A selection of books, board and card games has been provided to ensure that there is plenty for the family to do whatever the weather.
The first floor also has a large bedroom with a king-size bed and plenty of storage with wardrobe, bedside drawers and drawer unit and Juliet balcony with view to the garden.
Upstairs on the second floor the Master bedroom with its en-suite compromising of shower, WC and basin has views over the garden and you can also see the stream and fields beyond. It has a king-size bed, drawers and built-in wardrobe — the ideal retreat for exhausted parents!
The third bedroom is ideal for the younger members of the group, kitted out with bunk-bed and play table this colourful room is the perfect place for youngsters to enjoy some quiet playtime after a day out at the beach.
To help ease the burden of bringing all the essentials needed for babies and toddlers, Echo Beach has been fully equipped with a high chair, travel cot and stair gate (which can also be used to keep your pet contained).
