This newly refurbished, bright, self-catering White Sand holiday cottage is only a five minute walk from the fabulous Camber Sands beach and just a short drive from the pretty cinque port town of Rye.
White Sand is located on the East Sussex/Kent border allowing you to explore two of England’s loveliest and most historic counties, Kent’s Garden of England and known for a famous battle in 1066, historic East Sussex. It is also only one and a half hours from London so you can also make the most of the capital during your visit, whether it is exploring the historic sites, or indulging in a shopping spree!

Coastal Cottage is located on a pretty corner of White Sand, over looking the pond, set back from the road it benefits from some lovely planting in the front.
The house is painted light throughout which makes the most of its bright disposition and contemporary artwork and photos adorn the walls adding interest throughout.
The front door leads directly into a spacious entrance hall with hard flooring which runs throughout the ground floor. There is a downstairs WC just inside the front door. Leading from the entrance hall is an open plan kitchen/dining room with large dining table to seat 6. The kitchen at one end is contemporary in style and equipped with everything you need. Machines include electric oven with grill, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
The living room is fresh and bright with two sofas and a wicker armchair providing plenty of comfortable seating. For guests entertainment the sitting room is complete with a flat screen TV, DVD player, docking station and plenty of reading materials on the bookcase
Leading out of French doors from the living room is a large gravelled garden with decking. Wooden garden furniture and deckchairs makes this the perfect chill out space. For al fresco dining there is a gas BBQ available for guests to use.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and a separate family bathroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with power shower, WC and basin. The bedroom has a low level double bed and is decorated in a light and airy style. Two side tables with bedside lamps, fitted wardrobe and drawer unit complete the room.
The second bedroom is a twin room decorated in the same light and bright style, with an accent of red. There are bedside tables with lamps and stage space for your holiday essentials.
The third bedroom also has two singles and finished as bedroom two., but with a bright turquoise and lime accent colour.
The family bathroom is fully tiled with bath with power shower over, WC, basin and towel rail.
Whether you’re looking to build sand castles with your children or help them explore fascinating rock pools, Camber Sands offers the country’s most spectacular sandy beach and paddling-friendly waters right on the doorstep of Coastal Cottage.
Holidays with young children and toddlers means lots of bulky luggage, high chair, travel cot etc, so to ease the load Coastal Cottage has been equipped a high chair, stair gate & travel cot.

Good food is an important part of a great holiday, so rest assured of eating well during your stay. From the simple pleasure of fresh fish and chips to local produce menus that the many character-filled taverns and restaurants serve. Whether you prefer cosy inns with roaring fires to luxurious beach restaurants, you will be spoilt for choice.
Being close to the sea and surrounded by farmland it’s little surprise that the food served in some of these fabulous buildings comes from only a few miles away. The famous Romney Marsh Lamb, Rye bay Scallops and Dover sole all feature on the menus as well as traditional English pub dishes using locally sourced ingredients such as Rye Bay fish, fruit, veg and meat from the local farms along with our award winning sparkling wines to give you a taste sensation.
