Adventurers can kite-surf or windsurf, and your four-legged friends can explore the dunes. Later, drive 10 minutes to the medieval town of Rye with its quaint cobbled streets, gastro-pubs and antique shops. Smuggle home a local wine and enjoy with freshly caught scallops.
When you enter this cottage, you’re in the heart of this fab holiday home, an open-plan living area. Curl up on the comfy sofa and snuggle seat while you watch Sky on the 40” Smart HDTV, or light the stunning electric fireplace. With high-speed wifi, you can post your holiday snaps to make your friends at home jealous.

Sleep in style in the master bedroom on a double bed as comfy as a cloud, complete with luxury linen. You’ll find your own 32” smart HDTV with Sky and Netflix for those cosy nights in.

The second bedroom’s two single beds have toppers and linens so comfortable you’ll want to stay in bed. Unpack and relax!
The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower over and glass shower screen that keeps the room bright. Downstairs, an extra WC means there won’t be a wait.
Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen is modern and bright. With contemporary appliances—oven with 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave—you can whip up your favourites. Use the Nespresso machine with complimentary pods for that morning caffeine hit!.
