Dunescape Camber Sands
The cottage is named Dunescape after the landscape of the marram grass covered dunes that enclose the sandy beach, just 3 minutes stroll from the cottage, the beach is over 2 miles long and is the perfect spot in which to blow away the cobwebs and enjoy some sea air, flying kites, making sand castles and generally spending relaxing family time. This wide open space is popular with windsurfers, bathers and horse riders and there is a network of footpaths and cycle routes criss-crossing the nearby Rye Harbour Nature Reserve.
On the ground floor of Dunescape there is a secure garage that you are able to use – perhaps for kite and bike storage and wet suit drying if you are making the most of the popular water sports and cycle routes the area has to offer – with access from garden. The garage is also the perfect place to dry off wet and sandy dogs after a trip to the nearby beach.
A downstairs day-room with access directly into the garden is a lovely place to relax.
There is also a WC on the ground floor.
The spacious garden has a table and benches for you to enjoy some al fresco dining during your break, why not make use of the BBQ that Dunescape has for your use.
On the first floor Dunescape has a well-equipped kitchen in a very sociable, large and light room that combines kitchen, lounge and dining room making the perfect space to enjoy time with family and friends on holiday. The kitchen area is well equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, oven/grill, hob, dishwasher as well as toaster, kettle and coffee machine (a microwave is also available for guests use along with a washing machine and tumble dryer which are situated in the garage on the ground floor). A spacious living room with cosy sofas and Flat screen HD TV, CD/Radio and docking station allow you to enjoy all your favourite TV programmes and music when relaxing in this comfortable and cosy area. A six-seater dining table and chairs where you can enjoy eating and drinking together during your stay completes this L-shaped contemporary living area that you’ll love.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, the master bedroom to the back of the house has a kingsize bed, ensuite shower room and plenty of storage space for all your holiday essentials. The second bedroom to the front of the house has 2 single beds and storage space too.
The bathroom (bath with shower attachment) completes the rooms on the second floor of this pretty fishermans’ style cottage.
